WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- The Federal Railroad Administration has issued a rule (49 CFR Part 273), published in the Federal Register, entitled: "Metrics and Minimum Standards for Intercity Passenger Rail Service".
The rule was issued by Gerald A. Reynolds, Chief Counsel.
DATES: This final rule is effective on December 16, 2020.
