WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for the Rural Policy Analysis Program. The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Rural Policy Analysis Program.
