WASHINGTON, July 23 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for the action for a study to examine the long-term effects of an intensive lifestyle intervention designed to produce weight loss on health, function, and healthcare utilization.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $1.5 million with a ceiling of $1 million.
