WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation, through its Federal Railroad Administration, seeks applications for the FY27 Northeast Corridor Cooperative Agreement, specifically designed for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, commonly known as Amtrak.
