WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- Oklahoma has been ranked last among all 50 US states in a new retirement study, recording an index score of 15.7 out of 100. The analysis by 24 Hour Caregivers assessed seven factors associated with retirement conditions, including air quality, life expectancy, violent crime, natural environment, Medicaid spending, the share of residents aged 65 and older, and nursing home quality.
