WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation, through the Federal Railroad Administration, seeks proposals for the FY23-Vermont Amtrak Stations Rehabilitation Phase 1 grant, aimed at enhancing the quality and safety of train stations across Vermont.
