WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the National Institutes of Health, invites proposals for the establishment of Regional Coordinating Stroke Centers (RCCs) as part of the NIH Stroke Clinical Trials Network (StrokeNet).
