WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- The U.S. Department of State has announced a funding opportunity aimed at enhancing national cybersecurity capabilities. The grant, titled Advisory Support for Establishing a National Cybersecurity Operations Center, invites proposals to receive $13.9 million directed towards the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art operations center focused on cybersecurity threats and incident response.
