WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- The U.S. Department of State has announced a funding opportunity aimed at enhancing the prosecution of transnational organized crime. Through this initiative, the Bureau of International Narcotics-Law Enforcement seeks proposals that will focus on strengthening the efficacy of legal frameworks and systems worldwide to fight organized crime networks that transcend national borders.
Funding ranges from $750,000 to $1.1 million, supporting projects that can demo . . .
