WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Health Resources and Services Administration, has announced a funding opportunity aimed at addressing the opioid crisis in rural America. With a funding range set at $300,000, the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program - Overdose Response is designed to support initiatives that enhance overdose response efforts in rural communities.
