WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior, through its Geological Survey, seeks proposals for a cooperative agreement aimed at fostering collaborative research and resource management initiatives within the Hawaii-Pacific Islands Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU).
