WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Justice, through its Bureau of Justice Assistance, seeks applications for the BJA FY 2026 Second Chance Act Family-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. This funding opportunity will provide essential treatment and recovery support services to parents with substance use disorders who are either pregnant or have minor children and are under correctional control in a facility or community-based setting.
