WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Centers for Disease Control, has announced a funding opportunity aimed at enhancing laboratory services and diagnostic networks within the Ghana Health Service. This initiative is designed to support the Ministry of Health in responding to HIV, tuberculosis (TB), and other critical health threats.
The funding opportunity will provide operational support through both financial and technical resources . . .
