WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- The Restoring Electoral Fairness and Opposition Rights through Mandates for Accountability Act, originally introduced by Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, on August 7, 2026, has been analyzed by the Congressional Research Service.
