WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 -- The Supporting Disabled Entrepreneurs Act, originally introduced by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-New Hampshire, on August 6, 2026, has been analyzed by the Congressional Research Service. This legislation aims to establish a position within the Small Business Administration (SBA) focused on supporting disabled small business owners.
