WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- The U.S. Department of State, through its Bureau of Democracy Human Rights and Labor, seeks proposals for the Early Warning and Response in Nigeria initiative. This program aims to enhance the capabilities of local organizations and communities to respond effectively to emerging conflicts and challenges within Nigeria.

With an award range set at $2.0 million, the funding is intended to support projects that establish systems for early warning and rapid respons . . .
