WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is inviting eligible applicants to apply for funding under the Fiscal Year 2026 National Dam Safety Program - Rehabilitation of High Hazard Potential Dams (HHPD). This grant program aims to bolster safety measures for high hazard potential dams that do not meet minimum state safety standards and pose risks to life and property.
