WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation, through its Federal Transit Administration, seeks proposals for competitive awards under the Fiscal Year 2026 Bus Safety, Accessibility, and Innovation Research Program. This funding opportunity offers a total of up to $10 million in Public Transportation Innovation Program funds as stipulated under 49 U.S.C. 5312.
The FTA plans to award grants to up to two projects focused on developing and prototyping innovative concept . . .
