WASHINGTON, July 22 -- The U.S. Department of State has announced the launch of the Access Alumni Outreach and Engagement and English Access Scholarship Program. This initiative aims to strengthen the capacity of alumni networks in promoting English language skills and educational opportunities for underserved youth.

Available funding ranges from $30,000 to $50,000, targeting organizations that will implement innovative outreach strategies to engage alumni of the English Access Mic . . .
