WASHINGTON, July 2 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security - FEMA has opened applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program in Region 2. This program has a total funding estimate of $41 million, with individual award ceilings set at $5 million. Approximately 100 awards are anticipated to be made to eligible applicants.
