WASHINGTON, July 2 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security - FEMA has announced the opening of applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program in Region 3. With an estimated total funding pool of $41 million, the program aims to support up to 100 awards, with individual projects receiving a ceiling of $5 million each.

Designed to enhance flood risk awareness, the CTP Program plays a crucial role in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). . . .
