WASHINGTON, June 13 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior, through the National Park Service, is accepting applications for the Southwest Border Resource Protection Program. This initiative aims to enhance conservation efforts and support resource protection along the vital landscapes of the U.S.-Mexico border.
Grants ranging from $15,000 to $50,000 will be awarded to projects that focus on the sustainable management of natural and cultural resources found within the border region . . .
