WASHINGTON, June 10 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Health Resources and Services Administration, has opened funding opportunities for the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems SEED Project: Scaling Effective Early Childhood Systems Development (ECCS SEED).
