NATO FUNDING: The House has rejected an amendment sponsored by Rep. Gregory Steube, R-Fla., to the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (H.R. 8469), that would have shifted $482 million from a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) security program to military construction effort . . .
