WASHINGTON, May 1 -- The U.S. Department of Labor, through its Employment and Training Administration, has unveiled the funding opportunity for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Dislocated Worker Program for Program Year 2026. This initiative aims to support state and local workforce development boards in providing training and employment services to individuals who have been laid off or who are working in declining industries.
