WASHINGTON, May 1 -- The U.S. Department of Labor, through its Employment and Training Administration, has unveiled the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Consolidated Activities Program Allotments for Outlying Areas for Program Year 2026. This funding initiative aims to enhance workforce development efforts in underrepresented regions, ensuring equitable access to training and employment opportunities.
