WASHINGTON, May 1 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Administration for Children & Families - ACYF/FYSB, has unveiled a funding opportunity aimed at enhancing outreach services for youth experiencing homelessness and housing instability. The Street Outreach Program (SOP) is designed to support community-based organizations in providing critical resources and services to at-risk young individuals.
