WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The U.S. Department of Education has announced a funding opportunity through its Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) aimed at enhancing educational outcomes for students with disabilities. The State Personnel Development Grants (SPDG) Program, identified under Assistance Listing Number 84.323A, will provide a total of $2.5 million to support state-level initiatives designed to improve the skills and effectiveness of special education personnel. . . .
