WASHINGTON, April 17 -- The Environmental Protection Agency has launched a grant program aimed at improving water quality and ensuring safe drinking water through its Training and Technical Assistance initiative. With an estimated total funding of $30.7 million, the program aims to support small public water systems (PWS) and other eligible entities in building essential technical, managerial, and financial (TMF) capabilities as outlined in the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
