WASHINGTON, April 5 -- Sen. Ted Budd, R-NC, has introduced the Regulation A+ Improvement Act of 2026, aimed at enhancing small company capital formation under the Securities Act of 1933. This legislation seeks to raise the current exemption limit for small companies to raise capital from $50 million to $150 million, adjusted for inflation every two years.
