WATER QUALITY: The House has passed the American Water Stewardship Act (H.R. 6422), sponsored by Rep. Pete Stauber, R-Minn., to reauthorize through fiscal 2031, and modify, six water quality programs at the Environmental Protection Agency, including the Great Lakes and the Columbia River watershed.
