WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-OR, has introduced the Government Surveillance Reform Act of 2026 aimed at enacting significant reforms to foreign intelligence surveillance authorities. This legislation seeks to enhance privacy protections for U.S. citizens by modifying the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and prohibiting warrantless taking of domestic communications.
