WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. James C. Justice, R-WV, has introduced a bill aimed at extending the credit period for the production of refined coal. This legislation seeks to support and bolster the coal industry by allowing producers more time to utilize the tax benefits associated with refined coal production.
