WASHINGTON, March 20 -- The Cambria County Library, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, has been selected as one of only 12 libraries nationwide to participate in a pioneering health literacy initiative designed to help residents navigate the complexities of online healthcare. As part of the American Library Association's (ALA) "Digital Pathways: Online Health Literacy Programming for Adults," the Johnstown-based library will receive an $8,000 stipend and specialized training to launch programs that bridge . . .
