WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-TX, has introduced TREY'S Law, aimed at prohibiting the enforcement of contractual clauses that restrict the disclosure of sexual abuse against minors. This legislation seeks to empower victims and enhance accountability by preventing the silencing of survivors through nondisclosure agreements, commonly used to conceal such serious offenses.
