WASHINGTON, March 17 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior, through its Office of Insular Affairs (OIA), has announced the OIA Maintenance Assistance Program 2026, offering a total of $4.4 million to enhance infrastructure maintenance in U.S. territories and freely associated states. With an expected 20 awards, the program aims to support projects designed to develop, improve, and institutionalize effective infrastructure maintenance practices.
