WASHINGTON, March 16 -- The U.S. Department of Justice, through its Bureau of Justice Assistance, has announced the availability of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program - State Formula, with an impressive estimated total funding of $199.2 million.
