WASHINGTON, March 16 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce, through its agency DOC National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - ERA Production, has announced a grant opportunity aimed at enhancing ocean and coastal mapping initiatives. This initiative, titled Ocean and Coastal Mapping Center 2026, seeks to promote sustainable use and management of marine resources while advancing the technological capabilities of mapping methodologies.
