WASHINGTON, March 16 -- The U.S. Department of Energy, through the National Energy Technology Laboratory, is inviting applications for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) grant program titled Speed to Power through Accelerated Reconductoring and other Key Advanced Transmission Technology Upgrades (SPARK).
