WASHINGTON, March 16 -- The U.S. Department of State, through its Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, has announced the availability of a grant for the FY 2026 John McCain Study of the U.S. Institute for Student Leaders on the Rule of Law and Public Service. This initiative aims to engage and educate emerging student leaders from around the world in critical aspects of governance, rights, and civic engagement.
