WASHINGTON, March 16 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through its Health Resources and Services Administration, has announced the Maternal Produce Prescription Program (MP3), which will allocate $13 million to support community-based nutrition initiatives for at-risk maternal populations.
