WASHINGTON, March 7 -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is launching the Housing-Related Hazards and Lead-Based Paint Capital Fund Program, aimed at mitigating risks associated with lead-based paint and other housing-related hazards. This initiative seeks to enhance the safety and health of vulnerable populations in urban communities by providing funding to eligible applicants dedicated to addressing these critical concerns.
