WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Labor, through the Employment and Training Administration, has unveiled the Reentry Employment in Skilled Trades, Advanced Manufacturing, Registered Apprenticeships, and Training (RESTART) Initiative. This program seeks to support the successful reintegration of individuals who have previously faced criminal justice involvement by providing substantial funding for training and employment opportunities.
