WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through the Rural Business-Cooperative Service, is providing a substantial funding opportunity aimed at fostering the growth of value-added agricultural products. The Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) program has an estimated total funding pool of $25 million, with awards capped at $200,000 each.
