WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Labor, through its Employment and Training Administration, has unveiled the Pay-for-Performance (PfP) Incentive Payments Program aimed at enhancing workforce development efforts. This grant opportunity is designed to incentivize training providers to improve job placement and retention rates for participants in workforce programs.
