WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, through the Administration for Community Living, has launched the Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) Program aimed at enhancing the health and function of individuals with disabilities. This initiative seeks to promote the development of training programs that support researchers interested in the field of rehabilitation, ultimately improving outcomes for those affected by disabilities.
