WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Centers for Disease Control - NCIPC, has announced the availability of Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) Community-based Coalition Enhancement Grants.
