WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 -- Sen. Christopher Murphy, D-CT, has introduced the Keeping Our Agents on the Line Act, aiming to restore the U.S. Border Patrol's focus on traditional border security duties rather than expanded interior enforcement responsibilities.
