WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 -- The Environmental Protection Agency has unveiled the FY26 Guidelines for Brownfield Assessment Grants, providing an estimated total funding of $35 million to support community-wide assessment initiatives across states and tribes. Approximately 18 awards, each with a ceiling of $2 million, will be allocated to help localities address the challenges posed by brownfield sites.
