WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-TX, has introduced the Reciprocity Ensures Streamlined Use of Lifesaving Treatments Act of 2025, aimed at facilitating the rapid marketing approval of certain drugs, biological products, and medical devices that are already available in other countries.
